The Next Step

Today, Monday, was our last day of training at the mission office. We will be going on a short getaway on Wednesday. Then, we will speak in Sacrament Meeting, Dec. 12, at 9:00am. Then, on Dec. 13, we will be reporting to the MTC in Provo for a week of training. On Dec. 20, Dick and I will officially start. Today, President Olson asked if the people we are replacing will still continue on to transition us. He was surprised to hear that the couple, the Langford's, will actually have their last day on Dec. 15. That means the Mission Office will not have anyone attending to it for two days. Dick and I will already be behind when we start...YIKES! We are excited to be set apart and to get going. But we are still anxious and nervous. I guess it is just the Next Step for us. Pray for us!
